المراجعة تستغرق خمسة أيام عمل، وتشمل زيارة للمصنع وسحب عينة للفحص في مختبر مستقل.
Review takes five working days and includes a site visit and a sample pulled for testing at an independent lab.

كم نسبة العمولة؟What is the commission?
تتراوح بين ٣٪ و٧٪ حسب الصنف وحجم التعامل، وتُحسب على قيمة البيع لا على سعرك. تُعرض عليك مكتوبة في العقد قبل أول طلب، ولا تتغير بلا اتفاق.
Between 3% and 7% depending on the line and the trading volume, calculated on the sale value rather than on your rate. It is written into the agreement before your first order and does not change without agreement.
هل ألتزم بكمية شهرية؟Am I committed to a monthly volume?
لا. تعلن المتاح لديك يوميًا وتوقفه متى شئت، مثلًا في موسم الذروة عندك. الالتزام الوحيد هو تنفيذ الطلبات التي قبلتها بالفعل.
No. You declare what is available each day and pause whenever you like, for instance during your own peak season. The only commitment is to fulfil orders you have already accepted.
من يتحمل مسؤولية الحمولة المرفوضة؟Who carries a rejected load?
إذا كان الرفض بسبب مواصفة أو وزن ناقص من المصنع، فالمسؤولية على المورّد. إذا كان بسبب خطأ في الطلب أو النقل من طرفنا، فنحن نتحملها كاملة ونصرف لك قيمة الحمولة.
If the rejection is a specification or short weight from the factory, it sits with the supplier. If it came from an error in our order handling or haulage, we carry it in full and still pay you for the load.
