تُشغّل «ابني صرحك» منصة لتوريد مواد البناء تربط المقاولين والمشترين بموردين ومصانع معتمدة في المملكة العربية السعودية. نحن المتحكم في البيانات الشخصية التي نجمعها عنك عند استخدامك خدماتنا، ونتحمل مسؤولية طريقة استخدامها وحمايتها.

Ibni Sarhak operates a building-materials supply platform connecting contractors and buyers with approved suppliers and factories across Saudi Arabia. We are the controller of the personal data we collect about you when you use our services, and we are responsible for how it is used and protected.

المعلومات التي نجمعها

Information we collect

معلومات تزوّدنا بها مباشرة: الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني، اسم المنشأة والسجل التجاري والرقم الضريبي، عناوين المواقع، وتفاصيل الطلبات وعروض الأسعار.

Information you give us directly: name, mobile number, email, company name, commercial registration and VAT number, site addresses, and order and quotation details.

معلومات نجمعها تلقائيًا: بيانات الجهاز، وسجلّات الاستخدام، وملفات تعريف الارتباط، لتحسين الخدمة وتأمينها.

Information we collect automatically: device data, usage logs and cookies, to improve and secure the service.

إذا اخترت عدم تزويدنا ببعض البيانات الضرورية، فقد لا نتمكن من تقديم الخدمة أو تنفيذ طلبك.

If you choose not to provide certain necessary data, we may be unable to provide the service or fulfil your order.

How we use your information

لتنفيذ طلباتك وإصدار عروض الأسعار والفواتير، والتواصل معك بشأن طلباتك واستفساراتك، ومعالجة المدفوعات، وتحسين الخدمة، وإرسال العروض والتنبيهات عند موافقتك، ومنع الاحتيال وحماية المنصة.

To fulfil your orders and issue quotations and invoices, contact you about your orders and enquiries, process payments, improve the service, send offers and notifications where you consent, and prevent fraud and protect the platform.

Who we share your data with

الموردون والمصانع لتنفيذ طلبك؛ ومزودو خدمات الدفع؛ وشركات النقل والتوصيل؛ ومزودو الاستضافة والتحليلات؛ والجهات الحكومية والنظامية عند الطلب النظامي. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.

Suppliers and factories to fulfil your order; payment providers; haulage and delivery companies; hosting and analytics providers; and government or regulatory authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها أو طلب حذفها، والاعتراض على بعض المعالجة، وسحب موافقتك على الرسائل التسويقية في أي وقت، وذلك وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw your consent to marketing at any time, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia.
